fantastic hotel stay
helpful staff clean room excellent breakfast good location
The staff was very helpful. Jasmine and dugkab at reception assisted us in every possible way! the room was spacious and clean! i really liked that the breakfast was the best part of my visit. The hotel is in a good location, the metro is close by. i plan to return.

The breakfast was quite good, offering a solid variety. I noticed that the restaurant staff, particularly banu, were very friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was clean and well-stocked.

The rooms are wide and clean, a definite plus. I stayed in a room with a terrace facing the courtyard and it was indeed quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily, something i always appreciate.

The staff was helpful. Front desk representatives like deniz and hilal were kind and provided assistance. The staff promptly addressed our needs!

clean room multiple elevators helpful staff
the room was clean. multiple elevators were available, so i never waited long. i found the staff very helpful and kind throughout my stay.
the gym had some equipment that seemed dated.

faulty air conditioning unannounced entry
the location was reasonably convenient to where i needed to be.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room stayed uncomfortably warm the whole time. plus, housekeeping walked in on me twice despite the 'do not disturb' sign being displayed. i'm also not sure about the general cleanliness. I found hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine
